FAQ about ALUGLASS projects, systems and delivery

We expanded the page into topic-based sections so answers about lead times, installation, configurations and support are easier to scan and use.

01

Planning

How the project moves from request to execution

This chapter explains the early workflow: preliminary estimate, required input and when the final specification is locked in.

3 answers
How quickly can a preliminary estimate be prepared?

If the basic dimensions, project type and desired scenario are clear, a first pricing direction can be prepared relatively quickly. A more exact offer requires the final configuration, materials, glass, profile and project volume.

What information is needed to start the discussion?

A plan or sketch, the functional brief, approximate dimensions, project address and target timing are usually enough to start. Better input leads to a faster and more accurate proposal.

When are measurements and the final specification agreed?

Once the general direction and budget are aligned, dimensions, openings, junctions, glass, profile and site conditions are clarified. This is the stage where the project moves from a preliminary proposal to a precise specification.

02

Site work

How travel, site access and installation are organised

This section brings together the questions about geography, installation in active spaces, delivery format and high-traffic applications.

3 answers
Do you work only in Chisinau?

No. The team visits sites across Moldova and can support the project from survey to installation.

Can we order manufacturing without installation?

Yes, although the full cycle is usually safer for detail quality, timing and responsibility.

Can installation be done in an operating office or retail space?

Yes. The work is planned to reduce disruption to staff, visitors and daily operations. Access, scheduling and site-specific constraints are clarified before execution starts.

03

Solution scope

What can be configured for the project

Here we outline how dimensions, openings, profiles, glass and privacy scenarios are selected for different architectural tasks.

3 answers
What do you need for an estimate?

Plans, dimensions, photos of the area, space function, desired timeline and glass or profile requirements.

Can you prepare several configuration options for one brief?

Yes. We can compare options with different priorities, for example visual lightness, acoustic performance, budget efficiency or a stronger architectural expression.

Can the system be aligned with a specific interior style or brand language?

Yes. Beyond pure function, the solution can be tuned through profile colour, frame proportion, glass type and the overall graphic character of the space.

04

Commercial side

How cost, warranty and aftercare are discussed

The last chapter addresses budget scenarios, scope options, warranty expectations and how the project is supported after approval.

2 answers
Can the solution be adapted to different budget levels without losing the project logic?

Yes. Profile, glass, ironmongery and infill choices can be adjusted, but the aim is always to preserve coherence, reliability and the intended architectural quality.

What is usually covered by warranty and support?

The exact scope depends on the chosen system and project composition, but the principle remains the same: clear responsibility for the agreed configuration, execution quality and delivery format.

Need a project-specific answer

If your question is not covered here, we can review it in the context of your layout, schedule and budget.

Send us the brief or the plan and we will advise which system fits the type of project, expected timeline and required level of specification.
